My D-12 was exactly like that when i got it - with the L-99 loader and a Curtis cab/canopy.  I took the cab off and sold it because I'm in the woods with the tractor much of the time.

I have a Tokheim cab I bought from a gentleman that used to post on the Forum. These were aftermarket, primarily for the Farmall H, but I'm thinkin' it would look cool on a B or an IB.

 we know of 2 B,s with steel cabs and factory snow plows  also cannot be bought either
  have been trying to get them to leave loose of them too  no luck can be seen form the road too
