Guys, I just bought a new battery box for my D10 because I am making a new plate that the seat and battery box rest on (it was badly rusted). My idea is to get the stuff mounted on before I paint the plate (at least that's the plan). I ran across an issue when looking for the tool box. One of the aftermarket producers claim the toolbox is only for the Serial numbers up to and below 9000. My tractor is 9566. Does anyone know the difference (if any) in the toolboxes?

On another note does the tool box mount to the floor plate or to the fender (or both)? My parts manual does not show it and it was not on the tractor when I uprooted the old girl out of North Carolina.

Thanks everyone :)

Jeff
