Tracy, it appears they are inverted flare.
How are you doing on the molds for shock absorbers for the shaft coupling? Dusty

Dusty, Almost half way thru process. Will try to send your NOS back this week. Thanks for your help with this project. My fuel line has a compression fitting. Was wondering what were on most out there. I am sure it could have been replaced. Thanks Tracy Martin

My parts book shows a 90* fitting at the carburetor and a straight fitting at the sediment bowl, 1/8" pipe to 1/8" tubing. It doesn't say they are they are inverted flare but that's what they are. An old friend always referred to them as navy flares.

They are inverrted flares as on steel brake lines.
All of the gas lines were steel. Brake line is very bendable when it is new. Bob

Not sure on a D10-12 machine, but all the original ones I've had on my tractors were compression type fittings. Coarse, they're gravity fed, so not much psi on the fittings. Lots of vibration though. When I make the upgrade fuel lines I sell, I then go to inverted flare with the correct fittings to make the kit...
