I want to replace my old tach with a black face recording tach. Is it 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 drive , counter clock wise or clokwise,,, and will a later 190 or equal type tach interchange. Which one do I need? Any one done this? Billy

clockwise and i'm not sure on the ratio. why not replace it with an aftermarket? there's vendors on here that carry them. or E-bay.
i also believe there is someone that can refurbish your old one.

Looks like cam driven so its most likely 2 to 1 drive. Are other 301 s and 426 s cam driven tachs also ? Anybody ?
