What a wonderful design the CVT is.  I planted about 300 acres of corn.  I sure enjoy older tractors but the CVT is the real deal.  It is like going from a gear drive in the combine to hydro.  Now as long as the electronics hold up.   Greg

Do you have any pictures you can post of your machine at work? I'll bet that CVT stay's working for many years to come.

Ya, got a few somewhere on the phone.  I had to settle for the challenger series tractor.  I wanted AGCO but couldn't find anything around.

  We got a new DT205b this spring and I will agree the CVT is great.  No jerky shifts.  Seems to be real good on fuel also.  As far as the adding the DEF, that has not been such a big deal as I first thought it might be to deal with.  Pulling the planter, it uses very little.  Applying NH3 or tillage you will add some more often.
