took the 6060 to the lonesome hollow farm today with the 3x16's, behind it
got the 1355 oliver hooked to its 3x14's, and my brother and I, got a start on our food plots,
great day to work a tractor.

that is a oliver plow
![]() i am putting out about 20 acrs this year as food plots, mostly corn, i bought 10 bushels of a brand name roundup ready seed corn, from the wild turkey federation for $8 per bushel,( beats paying $200 per bushel) but i had to sign a paper saying it would not be fed to livestock or sold on the market.
the 6060 would pull the 3x16's in 2nd gear, high range, but i mostly kept it in 1st.
i think it could handle 4 easy enough, but i will need to load the tires,
i love that old place, and if i could i would never come off it Edited by ky wonder - 01 Apr 2012 at 9:27am |
