I am looking for a tach drive for a D-19. I thought I remember someone on here telling me that Chevy trucks had the same style Tach drive. anyone else know? ..Look at the bottom of this posting..I posted a website.

I can't remember what mine looked like, but the tach drive runs off the oil pump and the oil pump has the gear, think mine had a blade that went into the oil pump.

You guys have to make sure that it's actually the small gear you're showing is all that's bad in there. Mine had a good cable drive, but the distributor gear was worn completely smooth. I went out and bought a replacement gear from AGCO for big money, put it in and still no tach...my own stupid fault I guess...lol.

Sorry, mine is a diesel, could you use a set up fron a diesel, same as a d17 diesel.
