I am working on an engine that only needs Piston rings for one cylinder. The problem is that the top ring on the three good cylinders is Chrome plated and the new rings for the other cylinder are not. Would I run into any problems using chrome rings on three cylinders and moly rings on the other cylinder. Unless some one has a set with a chrome top ring for one cylinder. The rings I need are 4 1/8 bore.
1st 3/32" chrome
2nd 3/32"
3rd 1/8"
4th 1/4" three piece oil ring with expander

Thanks in advance for any advice or opinions
