I've never seen a CA wide front that wasn't wore plum out. Most so bad they are actually riding on the cast bolster. Here is a fix in progress with grease hole. Pin size was made larger to 1".

I've got 3 wide front ends here at the house and all were worn just like the one pictured. And when you drive a wide front with that much wear they drive terrible. Anyone have that s not worn?

Hey Bill, nice job! I like the grease fitting idea. I'm also in the process of rebuilding one of my wide fronts. Welded and ground the pin, double passed all the old welds, and added a couple support brackets to the wishbone. Post more pics as you get further along in your rebuild. Ron
