I could probably get by with this as is, but how would you recommend repairing this plow lift arm attachment rod? Turned and sleeved? Weld filled and turned/ground? As-is? Other? I still need to remove that rusted pin, else some cotter keys and washers on each side of the lift arm bracket. The bracket that slides on the end is in great shape. It was on its side with this rod in the ground for 30+ years.
