Check out the Buda generator that powered this coastal artillery battery in the SF bay area during and after WW2.  Is this the same one out of a D17 diesel or a bigger version?

The injectors and pump are on the wrong side to be a 230 or 273. Can't be a 262 either. Interesting find. Does it run?
