Anyone know if a 262 buda crankshaft from an Oliver will fit in a 230 buda block? I have a chance to buy one but dont want to if it won't fit thanks

never seen a buda 262 in an oliver. Some of the old Cockshuts used the Buda 273, but from what I've read on here, basically everything is different. For a 230, you need a 230 crank.

Stoke is different other than that a 262 crank will go in a 230 block. I'm with Ed though never seen a buda eng in an oliver.

Yah it's out of a cockshutt I believe it is a gas crank that will still work in my diesel 230 block thanks for the info
