Working on a Bolens 12B walk behind tractor. I believe it's a power ho but not 100%. Someone was in to it and between the throttle bell crank and the wind vane governor, something is missing or not hooked up. It's set up for a remote throttle control via cable to the handlebar. I'd like to at least set it up for the customer that it's constantly at a decent RPM but using the governor so he's not tempted to bypass the governor and rev the guts out of it. Anyone have a decent pic of how the linkage between throttle and governor ought to be? Whatever setup you have I can probably make something work. I just want to make sure the engine will be OK before I let it go.

every small engine should have a hard link to the governor arm... and a spring to set the governed RPM....

Like them all, but love the "B"s.
