We got back on Saturday from our trip to Branson.  Boy has that place grown since 1977 which was our last trip there.  Had a great time.

Here's what we did.
Dolly Parton's Stampede
Presley's Country Jubilee
Tribute John Denver show
Tribute George Straight show
Jim Stafford show
Silver Dollar City
Rode the DUKW boat on Table Rock Lake.

The captain on our DUKW boat gave us some good tips on things to do and places to eat off the beaten path.

There was plenty to see and I suspect that we will be going back next year.

Oh and I also got a glimpse of a "B" and I think a "WC" at the toy museum as we drove by.Smile

We made it there also.  Could not get the wife on the roller coasters but did get her on the steam train.  We enjoyed the glass blower and the pottery shop.  Good music there too.

Sounds like you had a great time. Nice of the captain to fill you in on the good places off the beaten path, those are the best. That would be a nice place for me to take my bride sometime. Got a few shows like that in Myrtle Beach, SC that we used to catch on vacation. The Carolina Opry was my favorite.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.
