I'm finally getting some parts ready to paint on my unstyled wc and was looking at the rear wheels and they seem to have been black when new. I don't think this thing has ever had anything repainted. They are the one piece solid wheels 24" and 4 sale.

You are on the farm equipment page and black is probably the normal color. A few of the very early ones had green wheels and some are orange. Generally they were the color that the wheel manufacturer shipped them to AC and that was usually black. That being said, paint them whatever color you are happy with.

I believe that all of the 24" Disc type WC wheels on both the late "unstyled" & early "styled" WCs were black. That's the color that I'm sure the ones on our 38 WC were, and I repainted them black during the restoration.
