A friend of mine has a B with cast wheels that have alot of wear in the splines. Does anyone know of a simple fix? Did all of the Bs have the cast wheels or were some of the later ones built with steel wheels?

You can machine off some of the center hub of the wheel so it goes on further. You could use small strips of shim stock.
