Auxilliary pump for trans pressure

   My trans pump is old and tired and buying another used one does not guarantee it will be in better shape. 

Anyone have any thoughts about adding a 12/24 volt pump inline (between existing pump and filter) for a direct drive trans on an HD11E? 

What sort of pressure did the original mechanical pumps generate?
