There was a Freeman loader that sold separate, I thought for a CA but it might have been for the 14. Don't know what it brought. Also a Henderson for a B price ??

Do you know what the WD snap coupler crane went for? I could use one of those, but they are hard to find.

I didn't watch the crane sell. It was a made up deal that didn't look like it would lift 500lbs without bending. The hitch was fine, the pole was light weight.
There were several woods mowers and I didn't see them sell either but the brand new L306 that wasn't even assembled all the way yet brought something like 700 I think.

Now that I look closer at the auction picture I see that the crane was homemade and not the same as what is shown in Norm Swinford's book. Has anyone ever built a snap coupler rear crane for a WD or have plans or drawings to make one?
Thanks,

Rick, I added about a 10' pole to my loader so I could lift the roof off a 14' round grain bin. I set the roof on a hay rack and pulled it home. Went back the next weekend and lifted the 10' tall bin up with it and backed the rack under it. i reassembled it in reverse order.  I even have some pictures on my old computer. Might try to get them posted some time.

The crane was a homemade job.  No hitch either.  It went for $50.
