Clarkville isn't too far for me.
Just a little NW of waterloo.

I'll have to see when the last train is.Smile

In reading their obituaries, they retired in 2010 and both died last year.  Perhaps he was still farming.  Bought the new JD combine in 2013, has only harvested 1200 acres.  I'm thinking he was a Ford and AC guy back in the day then later went green.  I bet a bunch of money will change hands at this sale!

I wonder what engine is under the hood of the Oldsmobile? 455??? I like the silver Chevy 4wd pickup and there still is a lot of life left in the old C10. Might be fun to have the white top baler.

Just watched the White top roto baler sell, $2,500!  Like I said a while ago, the sellers are going to be happy with this sale!
Some more prices, JD  X734 lawn tractor $9,150, 64 Ford 2000 - $4,000, 66 Ford 3000 gas, $3,100.  Maybe the bargains of the day, AC WD $325, WD45, $350.
The bidders must be spending all their trumpmoney!
Got to get back to work, you can go to the auction site to see the prices.

Let me know how much the 1999 Chevy goes for. I was going back and forth all morning as to leave a bid on it or not. Finally decided not to.

I figure the sale brought a bit over $370,000.  just a bit more then the combine and 7330 tractor probably cost him.  Still a good sale for the seller.

The poor WD and WD45 sure look cold and lonely sitting outside there. Hope they both went to a good home that will put them under cover...……..
