They change help more often than a Kardashian girl changes under drawers.
A 53’ flatbed pulls up out front and goes in the store.
I went in and placed my order about the same time.
I go down in the yard and start loading my own.
Soon I see the semi trying to get down in the yard. They have bunks of lumber laying all over in the way.
I get part of my load and go to the store to change my ticket to what they had in stock.
The guy at the counter says I have more down n the yard. I explain I find this have much time.
He says well the yard guy should have helped me. I explained that he had a 53’ flatbed to load. He says the flatbed is just getting 4 8’ 4x4.
I asked why then didn’t they just bring them up with the fork lift or carry them up?
As I was leaving I saw the semi had traffic blocked both ways trying to get around stuff and get on the road.
The yard guy was just sitting there texting.

Well, maybe assume positive intent.  Maybe the Yard Guy was texting a pic to all his Buddy's saying "check out this moron loading out 4 8'x4"x4" !

Surprisingly, a prius can haul long items surprisingly well.  I once sold 4 1X 12's, over 8' long, and he got them in diagonally by a pass through from the trunk, and by lowering the passenger  front seat back.  That being said, I don't know how many 4x4"s he'd manage, but I do know there would be a traffic jam behind him!Wink
