You could try to google what you want with allis forum in the heading, the former site might be floating in cyber space somewhere.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.  For a few years after this site took it's current form it allowed access to the old forum archive, which contained a huge amount of information. Sure would be a shame if all that knowledge and experience has been lost.  I'd buy a CD of the old archive if it was available.
