what a joke no more will call or parts counter  now you talk to a machine that will maybe hook you up with a call center in hindo land that i can not understand  .  what do you do now when you have some wierd cpl number or a recon number ?

Must be a local thing. I don't have any problem getting anything I need for any of my Cummins engines.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.

We have a couple or three Cummins South locations close by that are always happy to help unless you're working on something made before about '05 or so. If they have to get a book to look up parts you might as well forget it

Ran into that ordering ONAN Parts, Cummins Owned.  As noted, engines N series and older, good luck, will get NO assistance unless walk into dealer.

Well you’re in the cocky mountain division like we are.  Yes you read that right. They act like the Germans when they took over allis.  They are horrible to deal with. I text my former manager that is a store manager now. They don’t have anything in stock and from what I have heard since my departure it is on a power slide to the bottom in our local branch.
