Maybe $1200 tops if everything is in good working condition. Depends on the market in your area and how bad someone wants it. Bad tires will bring the value down, they are $$$ to replace.

$800 to 1200 dollars. Nice looking WD with poor tires. Looks clean without oil spots on or under it. Drawbar is missing. Don't see any obvious farmerizations done to it. Since the three bolt front hasn't been welded up it was probably treated fairly.. Front end has probably been changed its missing two bolts in the bolster they are most likely broken off.

Estimates sound about right. It has a mag. Sheet metal looks decent. Looks to be complete. New rear tires/tubes are $1000 if you need them.
Might have been a narrow front end changed to a wide front??
Good luck.
They will still do a bunch of work!

 Chris

Yes, agree with everything said. Don't forget to subtract $50 in order to get a good "decal job" done for her...............

She's worth about 150 feet of three-bottom sixteen a minute, two hayracks up a 30% grade at 5mph...  and a 70' silage tower on a bad day.

Enough to feed a family of five AND bring plenty to market in 1954.  Today, it's worthy of subsistence at least, and pulling your truck out'a a snowdrift with a little ballast and some chains.  Wink

Driving it and hearing it run has a lot more to do with price then just being a good looking unit . How dose it run out.  I get a few customers a year  that bring me tractors and the first words out of their mouth is ,it looks so good I can not believe it has problems .

buying or selling? the antique tractor market has really gone down, especially with the tractors that there were several thousands made, ie WD's,WD45's, IH M and H, JD A and B, well you can get the idea now...
I f I was buying, even it is a decent looker, try to keep at $800 or less, the worn tires a big issue,  selling, I wouldn't expect to get more than $5-600, but that depends on how long ya want to wait for a buyer...
buying to flip?.. ... that sure will not work,, just something to work on to lower blood pressure,, good one to get
