Two weeks from today will be 37 years since Liz and I were married. She got her anniversary present today. I really don't know what happened. I just went to look at it. The next thing I know this guy is pulling into my drive and unloads this.

So when I get it running, I guess I have to show her how to operate it.

Yep,somebody cut the centers down and welded on 24" rims. You got a spare set of wheels and tires for me? LOL  I need to check out the wiring(it has a solenoid push button start that looks cobbed up)and fuel system. It hasn't ran in a couple years. When I get it going I'll have to start lookin for some implements.

Congratulations on 37 years!  We are going on 26 years, but, if I bought my wife a tractor for our anniversary, I think the bliss would end...!

Congratulations! Nothing says "I love you" more than a tractor in the barn!

Barb and I will be celebrating 35 years August 31st. I may have to surprise her with a new unit! LOL

Congratulations. I'm sure she will really like her present. Hope your leg has healed enough to run away when she chases you with a broom - LOL  Couple years ago I gave my a Christmas present of a 1966 Chev grain truck. Took a while for her to fully appreciate her gift, now she thinks it is pretty neat. Fun times together!!

You have to be really careful buying presents that you give to a wife for a birthday or anniversity! Probably 40 years ago my brother(who is a gun "nut") puchased a pistol and brought it home. After showing his prize to his wife, she calmly reminded him that it was her birthday! He, being an enterprising quick thinking sort, said "Oh, this is your present!" To my knowledge she has allowed him to shoot it twice snice then, but only after reminding him it is "her gun!" Needless to say, she has had great fun in his misery!!!!!!

Charlie, nice find!!!   So now all you have to do is take Liz on a road trip over to Richards to pick up the wheels.   If she's like my wife, she will want to stop off somewhere along the way to buy something to get even.   Armand
