Hello, this is my first post here on the forums. I've used it for a great deal of information already in the rebuilding of my Allis Chalmers G that my father and I have been restoring to operate on our produce farm in SE Wisconsin. So for that, thank you to the active members here.
Now to the issue/issues at hand: I took apart the bell housing to clean it yesterday. Thankfully I did because I quickly noticed that the clutch shaft oil seal (800371) was bad, the intermediate gear roller bearings (800374) had been sheared somehow, and the rear thrust washer (800375) was entirely missing. I was able to cross reference the oil seal (800371) with a Federal Mogul # 471649. So that is taken care of. However, for the life of me I can not find any numbers for the roller bearings or find anyone who manufactures a thrust washer. I'm not a fan of asking others to do my work for me, but I'm hoping someone here has done this before and has information that could point me in the right direction to acquire the necessary parts to finish this thing off. Thank you in advance for any help. Attached are pictures that illustrate what I am looking for. -Jason George Hack ![]() ![]() Edited by Hackinator - 26 Feb 2012 at 1:05pm |

I should have or can get everything you need. I have quite a few transmission parts for the G. Send me a PM or email me at mbscott881@hotmail.com if you still looking. Thanks Matt |

You could also try AGCO if you want new parts. Also, for the actual transmission (except for creeper gear), the gears are the same as model B and C.

For future reference, the Federal Mogul # 471649 or National Oil Seal # 471649V work to replace the Allis 800371.
Federal Mogul 471649: Shaft Size=1", Housing Bore=1.624, Outer Diameter=1.628, Width=0.25in Natioanl Oil Seal 471649V:
