HOH DO U ADJUST REAR TREAD WIDTH ON A D15 SERIES ii  IT DOE NOT HAVE POWER ASSIST IWAS TOLD IT HAS A SET SCREW ???  THANKS

It is does not have power adjust rims, the wheel tread cannot be adjusted.

If the rims have different offset centers then you can swap sides.

Somebody replaced the original rims with combine rims I would guess. The rims might be offset so you can switch the rims to the other side. In order to adjust as original, you would need the PAW rims.
