Hi there!
I thought I would give an update on my Allis Chalmers EB.

A few weeks ago My brother and I were towing around Allis and all of a sudden the rear wheels seized up. We pulled the cap off the right reduction unit and the bearing was rubbish, so We ended up getting a new one and installing it.

I reset the timing and it runs, I need to still do some carburettor adjustments though.

Today We Reinstalled and sealed the PTO gearbox, Final drive sump, Selector fork side plate. On Monday I hope to put the right wheel back on and give it a test run

I will try to put some new pictures up soon!

Thanks!
Samuel

Good to hear from you again. Good to hear you got her running. Did you source a local bearing or did you have to have one shipped in. As you know that rim looks pretty rough. One task at a time gets her done. Tough little tractors.

Hi there! I sourced the bearing from a local bearing shop.
Yes the rims are quite rough but thankfully the tractor came with a good set of rims to swap over!

I will try to put up some new photos today!

Thanks! Samuel
