Is this a good price?  Worth the 90 mile drive in diesel fuel to go get?  This a good machine?

	That is a B-112, not a B-12. It has the optional headlights. Make sure the variable speed components are not worn out. Check for egging of the 3 pivot pin holes on the drive sheave on the right hand side of the bevel gear box. Check the condition of the vari-drive belt. They are around $70 but they last a lifetime. As for price, that can vary geographically. How many B-112's have you seen for sale in your area? If they are scarce thats probably a reasonable price but keep in mind its age and that you will probably still have to put some money into it.

	Assuming you get 15 mpg,,,,,, You will burn 12g of fuel for your round trip. So, assuming you are paying an even $4/gal, that will be a total of $48.00 in fuel. Carry the asking price with you and see if he'll bite at $400 and work up from there. Oh,,, and make sure you look at the stuff in the post ^^above^^, You'll get a better idea of a starting price to negotiate. Check the leading edges of the snowblower as well as the skid shoes, the rear of the blower housing where the snow goes up into the chute, and the scraper edge. Make sure there are no missing lift rods, chute rotator rod, or belt engagement rod.
