Hey. Finally got my 47 C. Switch the back wheels around so its not so wide, and sold the tiller. Runs beautiful. Everything seems nice and tight. paint is fairly new. Not bad for $400.
Question thou. Governor seems to be not working. Everything is moving freely, but when i start it, the governor pins the carberator down on the idle screw. No matter how much I push up the lever, the govenor won't budge. The spring attached to the governor looks factory. Has the little rubber inside it.
Is there something wrong with it, or just need setting up?
