Are these a good planter?  i have a chance to buy a 4 row in good condition what are they worth? are the plates or parts hard to get?  how do they preform? any info. would be appreciated.  anyone have a good one for sale ?

i have a 6-30 and an 8-38, both are still planting great! they use the plastic or metal jd plates.

We had a 330 6 row narrow.  Ours was an air planter.  It worked great as long as the seed pads were good, the plates weren't worn out, and the blowers had a good connection.  They are pretty decent planters.  
Life is simpler when you plow around the stump.
