Need a upper draper. Bought one a while back that looked pretty good, but after 3 hours the slats all started ripping loose from the canvas.

Tom Yaz has them, don't know the price but a lot less then the lower draper.

I've seen them on his website, and they look nice, but I'm hoping I can find a good used one that's actually "good".

Bought my upper and lower drapers from Tom Yaz.
Fit perfect and work great. Slats are embedded into
the rubberized fabric.
If your drive rollers need a new rubber coating I
found a place in Green Bay Wi., called Rol-Tec.
Drive roller looks like new and works like the old
one.

For the drive rollers, I got a spray can of pickup box liner and sprayed it on, seems to work fine for about $10.
