I finally got around to messing with my Allcrop yesterday, but I can't figure out how to tighten my main draper. I don't have a manual to look at either, so if someone could uplad me a picture to show me, it would be greatly appreciated as would any help. Everything else seems to be working fin on it.

There is a lever on the lower roll that tightens the canvas. If tightening that doesn't work, then you will have to loosen it and feed more canvas through the splice where the canvas comes together, so it will tighten with the lever.

Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

I'm trying to remember but I think the upper draper had to be flipped up and the canvas fed through the slats joint farther and tightened. When the draper was put back down, it would be tight enough to run. Ted's right on the lower draper but I really think there was no lever on the upper draper. I could be wrong....it's happened before and I don't have a machine handy to check any more.
