Has anyone had good/bad luck out of the engine overhaul kits from A&I? I know that some things you can get from A&I are of good quality, others not so much. Just wondering what experiences that you may have had with them. Going to do my WD engine and eventually my WC when I can get to it. Thanks for any input, Shannon

Deere & Company (NYSE: DE), the world
leader in agricultural equipment, said today it will strengthen its global
capability to meet the parts and service needs for owners of all brands of
 farm equipment.
Deere said it has agreed to acquire The Vapormatic Company Ltd., a leading
worldwide distributor of replacement parts for agricultural equipment with
 headquarters in Exeter, England.
The acquisition will allow John Deere to extend its reach in a market the
company entered last year when it became a minority owner in A&I Products, a
leading North American manufacturer and distributor of replacement parts for
all makes of agricultural equipment. In a related transaction, A&I Products
has purchased Riverside Tractor Parts, Memphis, Tenn.
Vapormatic, A&I and Riverside will continue to market their products
through existing channels but will also sell all makes replacement parts to
 John Deere dealers.

I get my AC parts thru A&I, but order them thru a local farm store here. (bomgaars) lots cheaper thru them.

I guess that explains why all the JD dealers around here are also A&I dealers.

I have used a few of their kits, good quality parts, bearings were Clevite, gaskets were Victor, and the sleeve/piston kits were made by a company called Richland, they are supposedly in Wisconsin.
