AGCO 5670 Hydraulic issues

   I have been having issues with our Agco 5670 remote hydraulics. The steering and 3 point hitch are strong and responsive, but both remote valves are weak. Do they all 3 share a common hydraulic pump and if so why would the remote valves be the only ones that are failing? I have tried on two different implements with the same results...it just barely moves it. Replaced filters and it has adequate fluid. what should I be looking for?  Thanks in advance for ideas.
