dosent appear to be Allis casting usually have AM as the first 2 of casting numbers. that appears to be county orange paint.

You will need to identify it and try to find a book for it. It appears there are some parts missing. Does the tongue have a S/C ring at the end?

those wheel spokes are sure one of a kind... Never seen that design on any pull grader.

Allis have a brass tag with rivets holding it on , Dale Haymaker had one . These where before snap coupler days .
