I posted about this AC Blower with model "B" power unit years ago....It might, maybe, now finally come up for sale and was wondering what the value of it might be on it currently......
Its been in the barn for several decades, appears to be complete, other than missing belts, it's not known at this time whether or not the engine turns over , but the oil on the dipstick looks brand new and the gas tank and radiator were both bone dry and looked clean and solid. The owner has recently passed and the heirs are currently debating whether to sell things off or offer it with the farm, as local farmers have expressed interested in buying the property and it's contents ...but just in case it can be bought, I'd like a rough idea on value: Edited by JayD-17(NY) - 02 Jun 2018 at 2:06pm |

We had one years ago. You think of restoring it? Engine if not froze is probably worth several hundred? Just a guess on the whole unit $400????

Well, that's the thing, Interest in this stuff seems to be waning by the day, so I don't think, if it stays with the property, any new owner is going to want this in particular. We thought we'd try to save it if we can, see if the motor won't run again and then pass it on to another collector or at least re-purpose the power unit for something.....

You have lots of goodies on this machine. starter tank, electric start, pipes for the inside of the silo. If the engine turns, the power unit should be worth $500. Might have to put it on an auction. Missing the large belt shield on the rear.
There is a working one at the Hutch show. With the engine it is an easy set up and show piece.
