Had not posted on that site for years but just put up my review of the 715B-D machine i have .
I replaced the front timing cover on Perkins as pump vibration cracks the casting , to solve that problem I made a brace for pump to support it .
Rebuilt the injection pump once after around 3,500 hours and over 6,000 hours now .
Worst mistake was I had the fed/rev box rebuild by local Ford Dealer in Rosemount MN . They charged me over $4,000 to do the job said it took 40 hours -(BOOK SAYS 18 HOURS)  and then had it fail 29 hours later - which they would not stand behind as said I supplied the clutch pack from spare unit I had .
