I have a 616 that has a 620 engine in it. On the front of engine, there is a indicator that has a mark to set to mark on front clutch. The Simplicity manual shows these on the 4041 .It doesn't clarify where to align the marks up at timing. I know it should be 20 degrees before TDC using rear engine marks. I don' want to use them because of all the stuff you have to remove. Any help appreciated. Thanks tracy

There is a set of marks on the front of the 19.5 Onan. I got the info to align the marks from the Simplicity guys on facebook. Mine seems to have valve chatter in a hard pull uphill. Not sure if it is timing or valves need adjusting.  Tracy
