Are the flywheels on the CCKA and CCKB used on the 616-620 the same. I was wondering if they would work on either tractors charging system. Thanks Tracy

they are different and even with the ccka's there are differences. There are steel and aluminum flywheels out there

charging systems are also differant and some cckb generator engines do not have a ring gear or starter they motor the gen to start it, i know this because we got one running for a guy about a month ago 6500 watt 1800 rpm in a motor home , real heavey gen for a motor home by todays standards

I was asking would a flywheel work with either charging system. I know one is a 15 amp and the other was a 20 amp. Is there a difference in the magnets? Thanks Tracy

Stator is different. Not sure on the flywheels. Couple different kinds on these crazy Onans.

A 15 amp Stator is to much for a 15 amp harness! LOL! Those OEM harnesses are borderline to say the least. You could probably use the 20 amp stator I would think. Just change the fuse or circuit breaker to 20 amp. The engine compartment gets so hot in these particular model Tractors, the wiring takes a beating and gets BBQ'd.
