How much force does it take to put cylinder rod into new seals and wipers? I have the snap ring in correct location. What is best lube for assembly? I don't want to damage the seals. Thanks Tracy

Just did one as an old man - push in past wiper it will stick - I took the assembly and 'bounced' it on the table letting the weight of the movable piston push past the main seal - which should be a tapered slide - opening lip facing away from the open end.
