Buying a 82S mower that is on a D14 I am putting it on a D17 is it the same mount?

Yes it uses the same mounts. Only thing you will need is a longer brace that goes from the rear pto drive support to the final drive. Easily made at a good machine shop. I had to have one made for my D17, as the one for the WD is too short.
Excellent mower in so many ways, best design from AC in my opinion.

That would be great if they have it. But it is an easy piece to replicate. I just placed the bracket on the drive support and took some measurements.

Since it is coming off a D14 you will not use the frame spacer on your D17. It is required for the D14 due to having a narrower side frame width. Just use the anchor bar. The operating instruction/setting-up directions &parts illustration book is excellent. Hope the mower comes with it.
