I dont know if you can find an original but one from a 73 to 87 chevy pickup is pretty close. You will probably need to shorten it but it can be done

I got new repro handle from a G body GM car on e-bay.  Those grab handles come in different lengths.  You need one that is 19" long.  The ones in pickups are look similar but are too short.

I have not put mine on yet, but it looks like I will have make a couple of new holes in the handle and cut back some of the material.
