Shop manual says there is an antifreeze drain cock on the right side of engine. I cannot find it. Is it behind the fuel filter?

There is a drain plug on the bottom of that water inlet to the oil cooler, with the tank heater in it.  The block drain I think is on the left side under the air conditioner compressor, if it has the cooling system conditioner its on the lower line at the end where it goes into the block, kind of hard to get at.
