Does anyone know the story on the 2wd 8000 series in the photos on their site?  Looks like a new paint job, I wonder the price, hrs., and story behind this one.

The nice one on page 5 of Ivans web site is 8030. It is in Maryland now. Great tractor so far. Plowed some. Hauled some manure. I am liking it real well. He tears them down to shell and replaces bad parts, new seals, new overhaul. Runs, feels, and smells like a new one. Bill

I talked to them the other day cause we had a customer looking for an 8030.  I believe he said $19,500 for a Rebuilt engine, paint, tires and cab interior seemed like that was standard price on a 2wd 8030.  Never been around one that they went through but have sold them several.

I was originally looking for 8010. They were working on one. The head that came on it was cracked in 2 places after sending it away to check before rebuild. Ivan ordered a susposedly tested head from a susposedly reputable company. Put engine together and it steamed out the exhaust like a steam engine whistle. They tore it down and decided to send the block away for test. It was fine. Sent head away and it was cracked in 4 places. I needed tractor before end of year so I took 8030 that was further along in the rebuild process. I am pleased so far with what I have. I was very nervous about spending that much money sight unseen, but so far so good. Bill

I wondered what the bad news with Sumerix is too.  We bought an 8070 there and I thought I van was very forthcoming.  It wasn't cheap but it is a nice tractor.
