In my experience, both top panels need removed(front first)and the lower side panel to get to all the fasteners holding the side panel

The panels are interconnected
I've never been able to remove side panels without removing all other panels first. Start by removing engine side panels. This will expose a spring on each side to remove top front panel and the front bolts of side panel. After that, the bolts are exposed to remove rear top panel. That in turn exposes the top bolts holding the side panel. Roll back the floor mat to expose and remove bolts holding the lower panels to the floor and side panel. Remove lower side panel(slide rearward in to cab). By this time the rest of the side panel bolts are exposed. This is what I go through. If anyone has a better method please chime in. Now is a good time to check over EVERYTHING while it's open including clutch cable adjustment and lubrication. |
