lots of you know that i make doorshock kits for 7000 series tractors. the 7580 door is mounted backwards on the cab and it a tight fit for a short, skinny guy to get thru the door! of which i am neither!
since i began selling 7000 kits, a couple guys wanted one made for a 7580. I made a couple hour trip to measure up the closest one and sent out what i call a design A experimental kit with the understanding that when they were installed, they would give some feedback, to give me an idea of the how to make them better. I either made the first kit too good or i was so far out to lunch, that they wondered if i had even seen went to look at a 7580. if any of the guys i sent the kits too, read this, how about some feedback. anyone else who'd like to be a guiney pig, let me know! I've been also working on a kit for the sound guard jd cabs and have installed experimental kits on local tractors, to see if they can stand up to spring planting rigors. I'm still not comfortable with the ease of installation, that my AC kits are known for, but still working on that!

I'd gladly be a guinea pig, I have an 8550 which would be the same cab as a 7580.
