Does anyone have a alternative for the rubber seal that looks like a sweeper belt? Part number 2121190SM. (discontinued)

Where have you checked. Try calling older dealers and hope someone has some left. Here’s the old allis number 2025441. Same seal

Look over at simple tractor website I think someone they talks about using a sweeper belt. Hoover 40201089/38528026 vacuum cleaner belt
