Sounds like your clutch brake is out of adjustment or worn out. You have to have the clutch pedal pretty much all the way to the floor, from a fellow 7060 owner.

My 7050 was like that but the pedal was hard to push. I could put it to the floor but it was stiff and would grind a little. Replace the cable and all was fine and it pushed much easier.
