I'm assuming that the alternator on my 7050 has been replaced with the wrong one. I bought it this winter and I'm trying to get everything to work again. I'm guessing I need one with a stud for the little brown wire pictured, I assume it's the tach wire? Or should I buy a 3 spade delco like on my 7010. Thanks Fella's!

Take it apart, connect a wire to one of the three stated studs, run wire through back and connect to your brown wire. MACK
