7040 Overheating

   I have an AC that after 30-45 minutes of running will start to over heat. I have replaced the head gasket and have even put a different head on it. When it starts to overheat the anti freeze comes out the blow tube as a vaper, but no antifreeze is getting in the oil pan! Does anyone have any ideas?

	I would start with a new radiator cap. Next check temp. with a heat sending gun. Clean radiator inside and out. Tighten fan belt and check pullies for ware along with belts. Check foam around radiator. MACK

	Starting by replacing the head gasket and cylinder was expensive, wasn't it ?? #1. Clean radiator INSIDE AND OUT and I know it isn't and I'm not even there looking at it. #2. Fan shroud must be there and in good unbroken condition. #3. Fan belts TIGHT and pulleys that aren't worn out. #4. New thermostats. #5. All the foam around the sides top and lower front on the radiator. #6. New radiator cap. #7. Do not overfill the radiator...there has to be some room for expansion or it will vomit every time it warms up. #8. New temp gauge and sender or a new manual type temp gauge. #9. Change head gasket or cracked cylinder head. #10. engine HP is set over the stock 135 HP it should be at. #11. Plugged muffler. #12. Leaking intake manifold gasket and low turbo boost causing the engine to make more heat than HP delivered. That's about it.
